• Elephant safaris are conducted in the early mornings, when animals are most active.
• You'll be seated on a platform atop an elephant, with an experienced mahout (elephant rider) guiding you through the park.
• Safaris typically last for one hour and cover designated routes within the park's central and western ranges.

• The Elephant Safari in Kaziranga National Park offers a unique and intimate way to explore the park's diverse ecosystems and rich wildlife. During this 1-2 hour journey, you ride atop an elephant, guided by experienced mahouts who navigate through the dense forests, grasslands, and marshes of the park. The safari provides close encounters with the park's famous one-horned rhinoceroses, as well as sightings of elephants, deer, wild boars, and a variety of bird species. Operating in the early mornings, the safari ensures an immersive experience in the serene and vibrant natural landscape of Kaziranga.

• Stay close to the mahout at all times and avoid making loud noises.
• Respect the sanctuary's rules and maintain cleanliness.
