• Festival location - RBDSA Sports Complex, Bhoirymbong, Ri Bhoi district.
• Dates - 15-16 November 2024 (changes might occur).

• All transfers and Guwahati Airport/City Pickup and Drop.

• DAY 1:
• Pick up from Guwahati (preferably from your hotel or airport). Arriving in Shillong will take 3 to 4 hours and check in the pre-booked stays. Freshen up and get ready for the exploration.. Head to the Cherry Blossom Festival venue. Enjoy the performances of international artists, cultural performances, and various stalls. After that, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
• Day 2 :
• Start at Lady Hydari Park for a photogenic pink paradise. Rent a paddleboat at Ward's Lake and enjoy the blooms reflected on the water. Savor a Khasi lunch (Jadoh or Doh Khleh) and explore the city. Take a walk in the Cathedral or visit. End with dinner and memories of a floral day in Shillong.
• DAY 3:
• Post breakfast,visit Cathedral Church and go for last minute shopping in the Police Bazar. Then our representative will drop you to Guwahati for departure.

• Shillong experiences a surge in tourism during the festival.
• The weather in Shillong can be unpredictable during November. Pack comfortable clothing, layers, and an umbrella.
• Traffic congestion can be high during the festival. Consider walking to explore the city.
• Please do not litter in the festival location.
